On behalf of our client, a World Leading Energy Company, Brunel has a highly sought after opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant (Legal) to work at our client’s Corporate Head Office in the Perth CBD! This is a 12 month contract to commence in January 2022!

  • Assist Managing Counsel (GM) and support the Legal Team, Compliance Team and Ombudsman - Corporate Governance for 34 companies
  • Scheduling Board meetings and meet regulatory requirements / prepare Board meeting papers
  • Maintaining, review, renew execution authority for the Company
  • Company searches and title documents
  • Drafting and amending contracts, agreements, deeds using Law Function FCC and guidelines
  • Law Function iManage Power User, training for the Legal Team
  • Coordinating travel - INX, events, PPE and stationery
  • Onboarding / offboarding employees, contractors, secondees including internal moves
  • Office management including office allocation, stationery, supplies & equipment support
  • Assisting with coordinating office seating plans within the Department and provide support to facilitate personnel moves
  • Service Request support (create, update, close out) / Purchase Request support (Ariba)
  • Document approvals - coordinate the flow of all documents for approval / signature, including meeting notes and briefing materials
  • Manage induction process for new employees and contractors
  • Assist with site travel processes using the INX system



  • Confident communication skills – both internal / external
  • Previous corporate administrative Legal experience is preferred
  • High level of organisational skills
  • Exposure to ASIC requirements and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
