Our client is a leader in the world’s energy industry, and they are now looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join their operations in Roma!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global Oil & Gas producer in a permanent capacity in their operations in Roma.
This global leader has a great reputation for creating a safety-focused culture. This rare opportunity is a chance to join the business in their Western Queensland operations and support the team with all their office activities.
You will be responsible for all things administrative. Your duties will income but not be limited to:

  • Provide support with our Business Systems
  • Ticketing and invoicing
  • Processing land transport requests
  • Generating purchase request submissions
  • HSE related responsibilities such as Driver Assessments
  • General Administrative duties supporting the team

Requirements

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will be and experienced administrator with a can-do attitude and a willingness to support the team.

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience processing HSE documents an advantage
