Brunel Australasia are seeking a Cloud Reliability Engineer to join our Tier Mining client in Perth.

Seeking a Cloud Engineer to join the Enterprise Monitoring & Reliability team.

You will ideally have a Systems Administrator background, with knowledge and skills in provisioning, managing, monitoring, and decommissioning cloud services.

The Cloud Reliability Engineer also requires additional knowledge and experience around technologies and techniques for automating provision and management of infrastructure in a distributed environment through scripting.

Knowledge and Experience:

• 5+ years' experience scripting and automating IT infrastructure. • Strong system administration (Linux/Unix or Windows) at the command-line level.
• Familiarity with a broad portfolio of Cloud (AWS) • Infrastructure as Code: design and security, configuration management, integration, deployment, performance monitoring and tuning, automation of infrastructure – Cloud Formations, Azure Resource Manager, Terraform
• Scripting (shell, python, PowerShell) skills for monitoring and automation• Continuous integration /Continuous Deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting an enterprise monitoring suite (Dynatrace / Splunk / Elastic /AppDynamics or others) (Desirable)
