Our client is seeking a Compliance and Regulatory Team Lead to oversee delivery of all compliance consulting services for the company. With the changing landscape of emissions regulations, it is crucial that the Compliance/Regulatory Team Lead be a subject matter expert across multiple sectors. This role will also explore new areas for growth and expansion of compliance services. Perfect for candidates with 5+ years of compliance, regulatory or policy experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Compliance Management Team
  • Assist and support Account Managers
  • Manage facility registrations and updates under the RFS, LCFS and CFP programs
  • Maintain fuel-specific and program-specific compliance guides which meet applicable regulatory requirements
  • Assist clients with preparation for third party reviews and audits
  • Reviewing Compliance Management proposals
  • Develop proposal templates
Review environmental technical standards and guidelines in federal/state regulations (LCFS, RFS, CFP, etc.)

  • 5+ years of compliance, regulatory, or policy experience required. Consulting and project management experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Knowledge of RFS, LCFS, CFP, and other clean fuels regulations preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general tech skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
