Brunel is currently searching for a Mine Dispatch Engineer for direct hire with our client located in Miami, Arizona.

As a member of the Mine Engineering team, you will be focused on supporting, maintaining and running the dispatch technology for the mine.


  • Manage the dispatching program for the mine.
  • Develop and manage training programs for new dispatchers.
  • Provide relevant reporting for Mine Planning, Operations and Maintenance to drive performance improvement and compliance to plan.
  • Manage dispatching software, reporting and functionality
  • Drive mining productivity improvements through dispatch and relevant technological developments.
  • Work with vendors and technology providers to ensure systems are running optimally.
  • Monitor the efficiency of the fleet management system.
  • Accountable for software and network systems being operational.
  • Manage and maintain data from the fleet management system.
  • Maintain fleet management reports.
  • Collaborate with mine planning teams.
  • Assist with technical projects pertaining to the mine equipment.



  • Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of mining technology experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Prior experience with mine dispatching software and hardware, Caterpillar MineStar preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship.
