About this role

  • We’re hiring Document Management Systems Administrator’s for our client, a leading company, to join their growing team;
  • This is a Permanent position in Bangalore location.


  • Global user daily support;
  • Troubleshoot issues & problem solving on all collaboration systems;
  • User training both internally & externally (Client, Contractors, Vendors etc.);
  • System implementation, maintenance & auditing to ensure compliance with company quality procedures;
  • Overall systems configuration & user security;
  • System Data Management;;
  • Digital Handover/Turnover
  • Development / updating of appropriate system processes for relevant projects;
  • Creation of guidelines & training manuals for 3rd parties.




  • Ideally a third level qualification in BIS, Data Management or relevant Engineering/Science degree;
  • A high proficiency with cloud based document management/collaboration platforms or similar systems is essential;
  • Experience of quality management systems or database principles a significant advantage;
  • IT literacy and proficiency with MS Office;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English is essential;
  • Strong problem solving skills with aptitude to work rapidly and accurately under pressure;
  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in an Engineering or Construction Management;
  • An organized self-starter who is attentive to detail and able to work independently;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a team environment;
  • Able to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
