Seeking a professional, highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Project Director for a Gold Mine expansion project in Lake Cowal.

Brunel are currently partnered with our client who is one of Australia’s leading Gold Miners. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a dynamic leader. As the Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Provide Administrative support
  • Diary Management
  • Prepare and review reports and correspondence
  • Organise Travel and Accommodation
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings, along with minute taking during meetings
  • Act as the point of contact in order to prioritise urgent matters

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles in an office/field environment
  • Good computing skills – Microsoft Office, and ability to quickly assimilate to new electronic management systems
  • Exceptional Diary Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative and capacity to exercise good judgment
  • Good time management skills
  • Results orientated and motivated achiever
  • Excellent attention to detail
