About this role: Financial Analyst

In this role you will be responsible for the financial support of our NAM projects portfolio in partnership with the operations leaders and as part of the regional finance team and associated operations.

Responsibilities

  • Financial support for the NAM Projects business unit (Annual sales: $270-300MM) to include: monthly financial closing; estimates; variance analysis; financial reporting and account reconciliations
  • Partner with operating management teams on a proactive basis to provide insight and support in decision making when driving financial commitments, productivity and simplification initiatives within the business unit
  • FP&A activities; analysis on trends, pacing to monthly, quartely targets, drive business KPI’s on liquidation, SG&A targets and Indirect cost
  • Support, drive total Cash/CFOA planning at LE level and business unit level
  • Drive simplification initiatives to streamline routines and procedures and drive overall process improvement within the role
  • Help commercial and operations to build deal strategy and properly structure complex deals
  • Ensure controllership and consistency of accounting process across the operations, including proper application of global revenue recognition policy and order recognition policy
  • Strive for process simplification and harmonization of our global financial procedures

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent, or MBA (or equivalent).
  • Certified Public Accountant, CGA or CMA .
  • Minimum of 5 years Finance/Account Experience.
  • Proven experience to work across functional teams (operations, controllership, legal, HR).
  • Prior lead or partnership with an Operational business leader.
  • Fluency in English a must.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervisions and make decisions in the given framework.
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and resolve complex issues with data interpretation and not just extraction.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
  • Proven track record of adapting to change.
  • FP&A experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Previous project finance experience is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP ERP system.
  • Advanced Skills using of Microsoft Office Suite of products.
