We’re hiring HR Policy Admin Specialist - GBS, for a leading MNC to join their growing team. This position is based out in Bangalore.

  • Coordinates with COE and HR Business Units to identify need to create new policy or revise existing policy;
  • Publishes HR policies and procedures (including both physical copies and updating digital copies on the portal);
  • Maintains, updates, and communicates HR policies and procedures;
  • Ensures regulatory compliance of policies and procedures;
  • Posts policies through portal or physical posting in place of work (if required);
  • Develops policy communication programs and strategy.
