We have an urgent opening for Logistic Coordinator for our client a leading oil & gas company to join their growing team. This would be 6months contract and the job location would be Barmer, Rajasthan.

Job Description

  • Coordinate all material and logistics requirement of the planned WS / ALS activities from warehouses and service providers;
  • Prepare RMRs for the material movements;
  • Arrangement of water on the particular pads for all the proposed WS / ALS Frac activities;
  • Coordinate with Inventory Controller, Warehouse and Service Company for proper material / spares consumption and follow up for SAP transfer posting of material in time;
  • Support Inventory Audits;
  • Mobilize Material and Equipment at location on time;
  • Back Load of POOH Items from Location to Warehouse or Service providers location;
  • Coordination with Radio Room and Driver for proper JMP of Material movement;
  • Coordinate the vehicle arrangement for the supervisors as per the Job requirement;
  • Arrangement of Crane / Hydra / Trailers based on the job requirement;
  • Aware of the logistics documentation required for material movement.

Experience : 2+ years

Contract : 6months & further extension depends on client.

Location : Barmer, Rajasthan

Working Pattern – 6/1

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing large scale logistics and material tracking;
  • Graduate with relevant specialization in Material Management and Inventory Control;
  • Proficient in computer applications, MS Office and internet.
SAP knowledge is advantageous
