We’re hiring a Manager / Dy Manager Civil for our client, a leading oil & gas company, to join their growing team. This is a 24 months and extendable contractual position in Singrauli

  • Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources);
  • Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise;
  • Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes;
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills;
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures; Rely on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals;
  • Calculates cost and determines feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering;
  • Lead and direct the work of other team members; A wide degree of creativity and attitude is expected;
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department;
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
  • Ensure that throughout all areas of the company's activities such as Construction planning (engineering);
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects;
  • Plans, designs, and directs civil engineering projects; Analyses reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and design project;
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Required experience in the FGD/ Thermal Power Plant BOP related area;
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals;
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques;
  • Report and escalate to management as needed;
  • Manage the relationship with the client; Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.



Educational Qualification

  • Full Time (4 years course) Engineering graduate, B. Tech / B.E (CIVIL);
  • Experience : 8 to 12 Years.
