We’re hiring a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Operations Manager for our client. Our client's goal is to improve the lives of patients by offering pharmaceutical supply chain solutions including: sourcing, packaging & labelling and storage & distribution. This is a direct hire permanent position, based in New Jersey.


  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse, logistics and purchasing functions while following established quality systems and processes
  • Monitor business operations to identify bottlenecks and providing solutions that ensure efficiency and effectiveness while operating within quality systems
  • Identify and report any pertinent issues to QA
  • Maintain quality of service by ensuring organization standards are being met by conducting periodic internal audits
  • Manage the fulfillment of purchase orders and shipment contents prior to releasing them from the facility
  • Oversee US warehouse staff and ensure optimized inbound and outbound productivity
  • Foster a positive, performance-driven, client focused, collaborative and transparent working environment that is clear on expectations of high standards, continuous improvement and accountability
  • Determining and fulfilling staff requirements by facilitating and directing recruitment of new hires, onboarding, job training, performance coaching, staff retention and disciplinary actions
  • Drive success in competitive positioning, market awareness and client retention globally
  • Develop and implement long-range goals to meet business profitability and growth objectives
  • Report key results to corporate Partners
  • Engage with company Directors and Officers in broader organizational strategic planning
  • Participate in developing strategic plan, recommending objectives and studying new technological and financial opportunities
  • Drive transformation of the business, focused on organizational structure, support functions, infrastructure optimization, research and development, supply chain and labor productivity




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or affiliated business major preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a wholesale environment
  • 3-5 years of Operations Management experience
  • Strong background in transportation and logistics
  • Understanding of Operational Finance
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in GMP / Warehouse
  • Knowledge of import/export process and procedures for drug supply chain management, specifically preparation of USDA statements for pharmaceuticals being exported to the USA.
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies and experienced in contract negotiation
  • Proven analytical, communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with strategic sourcing and category management
  • Required to work out of the Company’s warehouse in Secaucus
  • Ability to develop strategic and collaborative relationships with suppliers and clients
  • Ability to work flexible and/or long hours when required to meet deadlines
