  • Develop detail EPCI schedule as per industry best practices;
  • Manhour calculation and resource loading of schedule;
  • Prepare Planning, Progress Monitoring and Reporting Procedure;
  • Provide Planned Deliverable Dates to the Engineering Master Deliverable List;
  • Provide Required on Site Dates to Procurement Plan;
  • Create EPCI Progress Tracking/ Reporting System;
  • Create Manhour and Manpower Tracking/ Reporting System;
  • To Prepare Weekly and Monthly Reports;
  • To Prepare Project Presentations as directed by Project Manager;
  • Review and approve Subcontractor’s Schedule;
  • Review/Validate Subcontractor’s Progress and advise mitigation measures;
  • Perform Overall Project Schedule Analysis and recommend mitigation measures to Project Team;
  • Attend Meetings with Client and Subcontractors;
  • Support Contracts Manager for claiming Extension of Time or Change Orders;
  • Prepare Level IV Commissioning Schedules for Onshore and Offshore Commissioning;
  • Any other job assigned by Planning Manager/Project Manager.



  • Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical Engineering;
  • Minimum 7-15 years experience in Planning for Oil & Gas Industry specializing in FPSO or MOPU conversion;
  • Experience in Heavy Fabrication/Conversion yard will be an advantage;
  • Proficient in the use of Primavera P-6, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with Project Scheduling including Critical Path Methodology, Productivity Tracking and Earned Value required;
  • Good analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings;
  • Good Interpersonal skills;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.



SGD 7,000 – SGD 10,000 Gross Monthly
