Brunel is an industry leader when it comes to delivering successful results for our client base across the Construction, Rail, Infrastructure, Mining and Oil & Gas industries.

Our client is an established leading national construction contractor with an enviable record of accomplishment in completing a range of Construction projects across Perth and WA as a whole; they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

• Management of Commercial Construction projects • Management of site staff in interpreting plans, standards and regulations and ensuring that all work complies with relevant standards
• Program management • Monitoring progress of work and ensuring path milestones are met
• Regular liaison with the senior management team and subcontractors • Organizing required materials
• Calculating costs and estimate completion times for preparation of tenders and contract variations • Overall responsibility for OH&S on site

Requirements

Requirements

• Degree qualified in Construction Management & Economics or Civil Engineering • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must have Commercial Construction experience• Exceptional leadership qualities
• Strong problem solving abilities • Excellent people skills with the ability to foster strong business relationships
• Proficient knowledge of working with budgets and driving revenue • A proven track record in the delivery of mixed use projects in excess of $30 million
