Brunel are seeking a Project Manager manage electrical non-process infrastructure sustaining capital projects from concept, investigations, approvals, development, commissioning, handover and project review, through to closure. The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of infrastructure projects safely, to appropriate quality, on time and within budget.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Lead delivery of Operational CAPEX projects and manage interface with clients.
  • Work with key business stakeholders to define project objectives, scopes and deliverables.
  • Ensure risks associated with all aspects of work are understood, documented and communicated.
  • Implement measures to ensure scheduling, budgeting, cost control and progress tracking.
  • Deliver operational projects with defined capability and defined industry best practice.
  • Interpret and implement Engineering design discipline and specification.
  • Identify opportunities for infrastructure improvements across operations and projects.



  • Demonstrated safety leader with experience in delivery of capital projects.
  • Knowledge of overhead lines and HV electrical infrastructure.
  • Experienced implementing controls to manage cost, schedule and quality outcomes.
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience managing contractor groups and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for excellence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
