On behalf of our client, a High Profile Global Oil & Gas Provider to the Energy sector, Brunel has a fabulous six month contract opportunity for an experienced Project Personnel Coordinator (Mobilisation) located in luxurious CBD premises!

Primary responsibility for the management of all personnel, travel and related administration activities for the Project:

  • Manage all Project operational international mobility assignments in and out of Australia, ensuring all travel and logistics are in place ensuring a seamless transition
  • Ensure assignment letters and necessary visas are in place for all new Project personnel
  • Ensure Project terms & conditions and other project documents are up-to-date at all times
  • Manage any Project employee relation matters including performance issues, grievance and dispute resolution
  • Ensure relevant compliance obligations and internal procedures are understood and adhered to
  • Recommend and implement actions for Project procedures and plans with HR implications
  • Ensure collaborative work practices between Project personnel team (training, admin, HR and travel)

Requirements

Requirements

  • Year 12 or equivalent
  • Previous studies in Human Resources (is preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite – Word Excel
  • Confident verbal and written communicationKnowledge of employment relations
  • Extensive practical experience in HR / ER related
  • Previous experience in coordination and mobilisation of personnel to / from international countries
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities environment
  • Prioritise tasks effectively
  • Ability to communicated with all key stakeholders
  • High level of confidentiality
