On behalf of our client, a High Profile Leading Energy Group located in the heart of the city, Brunel are seeking a skilled Records Clerk for an urgent 5 month contract.

  • Working within a Technical Data Integrity Unit you will be responsible for project records management and document management
  • Centralised Archiving Service including the index and sentencing of records, archive and retrieval of records from on-site and off-site storage
  • Cataloguing and updating records within the library database, with the aim of reducing duplicate copies
  • Provide advice and guidance on RIM standards and best practices
  • Develop and maintain RIM, indexing and archiving procedures
  • Acting as a point of contact for the business unit’s RIM related queries



  • Qualifications in information management or records management, and/or work equivalent experience
  • Proficient in RIM systems and a working knowledge of current industry standards
  • Experience working with offsite storage and external archiving vendors
  • Strong Microsoft suite skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a client focused, team-oriented project environment
