About this role: Regional Manager - North West

On behalf of one of our clients we are urgently seeking a Regional Manager for North West Towage operations.

This role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the North West towage operations. This involves leading and working with a team on the successful execution of a number of our key long term marine supply towage contracts.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity and autonomy to identify commercial and operational synergies and improvements across the multiple operations in the region. You also have the responsibility to implement new key projects in the region, which includes working closely with the senior leadership team both in Australia and globally.

You will have overall responsibility for the financial performance for the region, customer satisfaction and safety requirements. You will report to the General Manager – Harbour & Terminal Towage and be based in Fremantle, WA.



To apply for this or similar roles you will have the following:

- Degree qualified/ Trade qualified Master’s/Captain.- Demonstrated deep knowledge and experience related to effective management of geographically dispersed teams
- Demonstrated ability to lead change including decision-making that has transformed an operation- Senior management role with experience leading large teams over a minimum of 10 years
- Strong project management skills and experience in implementation of key contracts- Demonstrated ability to select, develop, coach and mentor employees resulting in improved performance
- High level of understanding of the commercial frameworks and drivers of marine supply contracts in the oil and gas industry- Outstanding written and oral communication and negotiation skills
