About this role: Senior Pipeline Engineer

Senior Pipeline Engineer vacancy to work with a leading E&P operator, working on an offshore Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project.

In the first phase, through to the start of FEED in May/June 2022, the main activities are:• to support close-out of the trunkline (Aramis Project: Building Block 3 (BB3)) Conceptual Phase, including
coordination of input from Company and Partners as required for preparation of the scopes of work for criticalpath UXO, geotechnical, geophysical, and environmental baseline surveys.
• to support maturation of the TEPNL platform modifications (BB4b) contract strategy and execution plan,identifying synergies between the BB3 and BB4b to support execution efficiency and cost reduction initiatives.
• to support preparation of job descriptions when required for external recruitment to build and mobilise theProject Team necessary for FEED.
• to develop and implement an interface management procedure to identify, organise and control interfacesand interface data flowing between Partners and other Stakeholders.
• to lead and organise preparation of the BB3 FEED Call for Tender documentation, the Tender EvaluationPlan and Bidder List.
• to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary input to the technical and commercial evaluation of the FEED tendersin the framework of the Tender Evaluation Plan, preparing the Recommendation to Award for FEED
• to coordinate and lead preparation of key Project documentation and Procedures for the FEED phase,including but not limited to the Project Execution Plan, Project Quality Plan, Project Interface Management
Plan, Project Risk Management Plan, Risk Register and Schedule.

Subject to Project sanction and award of the FEED, tasks, and targets for FEED phase will be set providingcontinuity of this critical and evolving role.

The service holder shall undertake all activities she/he is responsible for, or involved in, with the highest level ofconsideration for HSE risk management, protecting human health, respecting communities, and conserving the
environment.

The service holder will promote safety and environmental awareness at all levels through an exemplary and proactive attitude towards the Project Team, Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and all Stakeholders alike.

Requirements

• Experience within project• Professional Experience (years): +10
• Level / Diploma: Engineer or equivalent• Previous experience in major Offshore Projects, including but not limited to large diameter pipeline projects.
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.A working knowledge of Dutch (written and spoken) would be advantageous.
• Good communication, management, and interpersonal skills
