Brunel are recruiting a Site Administrator to join an exciting construction project for a global leader in the mining sector on a FIFO 2/1 roster to the Pilbara, working 12-hour days.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide effective administration services directly to the project team
  • Prepare information for dissemination to others; maintain and update records
  • Respond to information requests from vendors, suppliers, divisional services and the construction team
  • Work closely with the Construction Manager and Senior Admin to understand project priorities and ensures these are appropriately communicated
  • Assist with and monitor site entry requirements



  • Previous experience working as a site administrator at remote site locations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across multi-functional teams
  • Good computer skills and proficiency across MS Office suite
  • WA C Class Driver’s License
