Opportunity for experienced Site Administrators to join an industry leader in the mining & resources sector as part of a collaborative project construction team on a FIFO 2/1 roster to the Pilbara.

  • Book travel and accommodation on behalf of the project team
  • Coordinate vendor approvals and the mobilisation of new personnel to site
  • Process requisition approval forms (RAFs) and track the status of purchase orders
  • Review and process project invoices for management approval, managing invoice queries
  • Manage site rosters, flight bookings and accommodation allocations
  • Review and integrate contractor accommodation and flights forecasts
  • Communicate with line managers, employees and maintenance teams
  • Assist with ordering of stationary, stock and PPE as needed

Requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a site administrator at remote locations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across multi-functional teams
  • Exposure to INX SAM, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori will be highly regarded
  • Good computer skills and proficiency across MS Office suite (particularly Excel)
  • WA C Class Driver’s License
