Solution Architect – Business Banking – Brisbane or Sydney (Contract)

Solution Architect (Business Banking) - Contract Day Rate – Brisbane or Sydney (Contract)

Creation of solution overview documents and high-level design documents for specific areas/ projects across company Business Banking.

Work with IT security to ensure that proposed solutions meet the company IT security standards.

Work with the broader project teams to ensure the functional and non-functional requirements are being met as part of any proposed solutions.

Socialisation of solution architectures with stakeholders and the articulation of associated financial and non-financial benefits.

Perform consulting activities and provide guidance to IT and business on other initiatives across the Business Banking portfolio.

Support the larger architecture community on a needs basisTroubleshooting.

Assist with troubleshooting of major IT Issues

Assist in the creation of business cases for any proposed solutions and the articulation of the associated benefits with senior stakeholders.



As the successful architect you will have experience of well-defined solutions across multiple business domains.
You will be able to demonstrate confidence working with a range of stakeholders including internal business staff, vendors, regulators and technical resources.

Engaging with the ability to build trust with robust process and ability to listen and succinctly summarise.

Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills across all areas of communication.

Critical thinking is a key aspect within the team that all are asked to bring to the table.

Multiple years' experience in solution architecture definition at scale.

Knowledge and experience of the Financial Services domain.

Experience (5+ years) of solution definition in large organisations.

Significant experience in Financial Services industry and in defining the Solution Architecture for complex projects.
