About this role

We’re hiring a Supplier Performance Management Analyst for our client, a leading oil & gas company for , to join their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity for Bangalore location.

  • Coordinate supplier performance feedback planning meetings at the start of new projects and turnarounds;
  • Coordinate Supplier Performance Management (SPM) feedback request submission and capture in Supplier Intelligence Platform;
  • Review / approve submitted feedback for clarity and completeness;
  • Create and manage Supplier Performance Management dashboards and supplier feedback subscriptions;
  • Manage automated SPM feedback requests;
  • Lead SPM kick off meetings with projects and continue engagements as needed.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in an environment that prioritized procurement data analytics and process development;
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or similar) with preferred experience in the Oil & Gas industry;
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities including pattern detection, root cause analysis, and issue resolution;
  • Ability to interpret and visualize data for reporting to CoE (Center of Excellence) leads and end users;
  • Able to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment and adjust to multiple priorities and timelines;
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and planning skills;
  • Experience in Procurement processes within a project setting (source list, specification, bid process, expediting, inspection, etc.);
  • Possess knowledge about Engineering and Quality Control (QC) roles in procurement processes Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
  • Experience using and generating insights from procurement, engineering and market intelligence technology sources.
