Brunel are recruiting a Technical Assistant – Engineering Administrative Support to work with our client to support the activities of the Engineering team and inspection teams

  • Day to day management of the Integrated Engineering Team Website /SharePoint site and team folders admininistration (FSO)
  • Management of Engineering business calendar
  • Responsible for creating Engineering updates & communications updates as needed
  • Responsible for visitor / new joiner onboarding and leaver administration
  • Audit preparation – host / organising visitors from Shell Global (includes COVID officerestrictions).
  • Support for engineering KPI, Action tracking
  • Support for procurement (purchase requisitions/PO placement) and global support (P&T)
  • Supporting documentation health and review processes
  • Interfacing with Contractors and support for correspondence and documentation queries
  • Identification of organisational or process efficiency opportunities


  • Skill in Microsoft Excel / Powerpoint / SAP / Word
  • General understanding of engineering terms and oil and gas mega projects would be anadvantage.
  • Strong collaborative behaviours – a real team player with a can-do attitude is required.
  • Role would suit someone who is interested in working in an international environment withexperience of / or a view to potentially working in the oil and gas sector.
