About this role: Track Reliability Engineer

Brunel are seeking a Track Reliability Engineer to join a Port Hedland based Rail Asset Reliability team on a FIFO 4/3 roster.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Rail asset reliability and maintenance support.
  • Data extraction and analysis, contributing to improvement initiatives.
  • Provide insight and predictions for track replacement requirements.
  • Support the monitoring and prevention of asset failures.
  • Make recommendations to extend asset life.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Engineering degree in a relevant discipline (preferably rail, civil or mechanical).
  • Demonstrated experience in asset management planning and condition monitoring.
  • Well-developed skills in problem-solving, and time and priority management.
  • Proven commitment to safety with a focus on teamwork and quality.
  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to lead and influence.
  • Ability to work in team and engage with stakeholders.
  • Data analysis and programming skills.
