Turnaround Time Entry Administrator

Location: Sarnia Area, ON

Duration: Range of 4-12 months

This contract position involves the custodial management of the manual and electronic timesheets for the Turnaround Contractors and Sub-Contractors, with the prime focus on uploading the data to SAP. The position is also responsible for preparing weekly invoicing reports for the Vendors and providing daily electronic swipe reports.


  • Retrieve and manage electronic copies of contractor time reports
  • Receive manual copies of contractor time reports to validate electronic copies
  • Upload the electronic files into SAP
  • Interface with Turnaround Time Entry Lead to resolve any issues
  • Archive the paper and electronic copies for auditing purposes
  • Prepare weekly invoicing reports and provide to the Contractors
  • Prepare daily swipe validation reports and file on Turnaround drive




  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP time entry
  • Motivated, energetic and organized
  • Excellent communications skills and a team player
  • Capable of working in a high-pressure environment
