Brunel Energy Australia are on the hunt for technically minded, hard working individuals to join one of the worlds largest Oil & Gas companies in a Wireline Operator role.
This role will see you travelling FIFO to remote Moomba in South Australia on a family friendly roster of 3:2 Roster.

The Wireline Operators play a key role in oil well exploration, working alongside a talented team of Engineers, Rig operators and other Oilfield Technicians all while maintaining safety is top of mind.

Your duties will include;

• Perform servicing on logging unit
• Selects, loads and unloads required tools and corresponding surface instrumentation for the job• Services, maintains and assists in marking cables
• Operating the winch from the truck to lower and raise the instruments or tools• Lowering, operating and raiding instruments, tools and equipment, such as electrical logging equipment, perforating guns, downhole plugs and fishing tolls used to retrieve broken or lost wire and equipment
• Maintaining records of drilling and servicing operations• Performing wireline cable tests and re-heads and undertaking preventative maintenance
• Driving wireline trucks to and from sites

Our client is searching for those who:
• Hold a valid unrestricted HR licence• Have some knowledge of Oil Field services or Mining environments
• Are able to work hard in a challenging environment• This role is open to all Australian residents, with SA residents preferred
