Brunel have partnered with a Water Utilities Company to successfully recruit and place a suitably qualified Workforce Management Consultant for a contract opportunity based in Leedervile, WA.

Working with the Operations Group to review the metro and regional workforce management plans, including identification of primary and secondary roles, primary roles that cannot be undertaken from home, identifying 2 levels of contingency for primary roles. Work has been undertaken, however need a consistent approach and methodology for capturing and recording data. Workforce planning and change management will be required to ensure continuity of business service.

  • Develop workforce optimisation and change management strategies and plans, including work management plans, to deliver the required business outcomes on time and in budget.
  • Planning, developing and delivering all change management activities required to support successful implementation of the program of work.
  • Working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the change program is pragmatic and achieves the desired outcomes.
  • Develop business readiness approaches/plans and measuring outcomes from readiness activities.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate business transition activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of project deployment activities, including education.
  • Assess the effectiveness of Change Management initiatives implemented and providing direction/action plans as required.
  • Bringing new ideas, innovation and/or thought leadership to the business.
  • Proactively manage the business’ work requirements.



  • Workforce optimisation and change management planning, design, and implementation including: Change Support Networks, Learning and Performance Support, Communications and Stakeholder Engagement, Culture and Behaviour Change and Business Readiness
  • Strategic and operational change measurement
  • Leadership support program development and support
  • Experience in Project Management such as work planning, status reporting, issue / risk management, and estimating
  • Workforce planning Skills set that has completed some change
