Scrum Master / Iteration Manager - Contract Day Rate - Perth CBD

Brunel Australasia are seeking a skilled Scrum Master/Iteration Manager to support our client's project portfolio. This will be a long term Perth-based contract in the CBD. You will be joining a reputable mining and minerals company with a key focus on technology and automation.

As the successful applicant you will join the Data and Advanced Analytics team monitoring and reporting on project portfolio health and optimal utilisation of team resources.

The right candidate will have sound experience working in an Agile portfolio or project management office, ideally providing support and reporting across a portfolio. The role will also support portfolio performance by acting as a Scrum Master when required.

Requirements

Contribute to the efficient and effective support of D&AA project delivery by providing administrative support to project prioritisation and resource management.Provide scrum master capacity as required.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives and development showcases. Promote continuous improvement of team performance using agile principles.
Help remove blocks impacting the team.

Brunel are seeking someone who can demonstrate:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience as a Scrum Master.Demonstrated ability to promote continuous improvement of team performance using agile principles.
Highly organised, good methodical approach to keep on top of a vast range of projects across multiple project managersGreat work ethic and a strong communicator.
Dependable reporting experience – validation and quality control of project reports, consolidation into portfolio/executive level reporting.
